We are recruiting enthusiastic and creative PhD students to join our lab. Background in materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry, electrochemistry, physics or related disciplines is required. Applications to PhD positions should include a cover letter indicating your motivation for the specific position(s), your BSc and MSc grades, and an updated CV. - PhD student position 1: Design and synthesis of porous electrodes for next-generation redox flow batteries. Expertise: chemical engineering, polymer science, physical chemistry, transport phenomena, electrochemistry. The search is open, applications via email are welcome.
- PhD student position 2: Development of functional electrode interfaces for next-generation redox flow batteries. Expertise: chemistry, surface science, electrochemistry. The search will open soon, inquiries via email are welcome.
We are recruiting outstanding postdoctoral researchers to join our lab. The following three positions are available:
- Postdoc position 1: Predictive theoretical design of porous materials for electrochemical systems. Expertise required: mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, genetic algorithms, electrochemical modeling. The search is open, applications via email are welcome.
- Postdoc position 2: Electrochemical engineering and diagnostics of metal-air redox flow batteries. Expertise: electrochemical cell design, (metal-air) batteries, diagnostics, scanning electrochemical microscopy. The search will open soon, inquiries via email are welcome.
